German style strong dark lager brewed with German malts and yeast and Hallertau hops, cold conditioned for extended time. Smooth with caramel and toffee notes.

On tap at the brewery. Lots of malt, some dark fruit, and a touch of noble hops, but unfortunately it was much more boozy than I expected even given the 8% abv. Maybe it would be better at a slightly higher serving temperature.
