Brewed with oats, lactose and New Zealand Taiheke hops, dry hopped with New Zealand Rakau and conditioned on Feijoa fruit and Vanilla bean. Juicy with notes of apricot and guava with subtle tartness from the fruit and vanilla.

10 oz pour at the brewery. Aroma and flavor feature sweet vanilla, tropical fruit with a hint of tartness, and soft wheat. It's just a bit different from other fruited/vanilla NEIPAs I've had - must be from the feijoa fruit. A solid but not stellar NEIPA, but props for being unique.
I've never had (or heard of) feijoa fruit but now I kind of want to grow it, because it seemed to add a delicious exotic fruity flavor to this beer. Maybe I should attempt to grow it. Hmm...
