Saison, co-fermented with Moscato and Barbera wine juice and dry hopped with Mistral. Collab with Homaide Brewing. Rosé inspired, with notes of wine grape and citrus with a crisp, peppery finish.

16 oz can, poured into a tulip pint glass and shared with my wife. Pours light yellow with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature standard saison notes: some citrus, hint of spice, clean malt backbone, Belgian yeast esters, some banana and bubblegum. Slight sweetness and not much grape/wine character. It's there, but if I didn't know it was, I probably wouldn't have noticed it. Solid saison but doesn't live up to the description or ingredients.
