An English style dark ale brewed with caramel and chocolate malts, conditioned on toasted coconut and pineapple. Fruity and chocolatey, pitch black but sessionable.

10 oz nitro pour at the brewery. Pours an opaque near-black with some nitro cascading bubbles. Aroma and flavor feature dark roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, earthy hops, and some pineapple and coconut. It's all there, but also kind of thin, both in terms of flavor and mouthfeel. I'm not sure a tropical dark ale/porter/whatever-it-is is really the best idea to begin with. Kind of interesting to try but not something I'd get again.
