A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that completely faded away.
S: Moderate aromas of ginger are present in the nose along with notes of lemons and hints of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that there is more of a balance between the flavors of ginger and lemons.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between a saison and a shandy - it is easy to drink and rather fruity.
