Named after our friend, Cowboy Dan. This mellow, easy drinking kettle sour hits the spot with a a little sweetness from peach.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and looks like it could be fruit juice. It poured with a short white head that rapidly dissipated, leaving only a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of peaches.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly sour with some notes of peaches towards the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink. It isn't overly sour and has pleasant aromas and flavors of peaches.
