Mexican Lager
A crisp clean summer classic. Nice aroma with a bready and slightly bitter finish.

As usual, a craft brewer fails to understand what a Mexican lager is

A: The beer is slightly hazy light pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass after it settled down.
S: Moderate aromas of corn adjuncts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of corn adjuncts along with hints of bready malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is very malty but it doesn't have a hint of sweetness associated with it - the underlying hops must be perfectly balanced off to mask the sweetness without contributing bitterness.
