A: The beer is hazy and a bit pale yellow with faint hues of brown. It poured with a half finger high white head that gradually died down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of Belgian yeast are stronger and there are notes of spiciness from the yeast and hops as well as hints of grainy malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison seems to be a little more rustic compared to other beers in the style but drinks rather easily.
