Drank at an extensive bottle shop in Mons while on a Belgian Beer Tour.
My first from Borinage, so I went on their website and... no English translation. And since my French is very much not good, I have to surmise a lot. But starting just before Covid and about 40 cooperateurs (which I assume to be shareholders), Borinage starts. And now it has over 500 owners and a new modern plant and a taproom that seems cool.
Interestingly, they don't brew much in the Belgian tradition. They seem like a U.S. like startup in Belgium.
I probably will find more out tomorrow when we visit and I'll update my micro-review.
For all this uniqueness, I give them good Overall Hugs.
As for Mulet Pils, it clearly is in the German category. The hops are mild, but linger in the finish. Mulet Looks lively, nice foam on a blonde bod. Smells are mostly malt as I detect very mild hops. The grow in the Taste and finish about right. Light of medium-mouthed. Might have again.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
