Bottle bought at Liquor Shed in Casper. No dating found.
It pours a slightly hazy colour of straw with a 1/2" head of foam.
Smells of lemon zest with some Brett, hard to pick up anything else because of the intensity of the sourness.
Taste is acetic, lemon zest, light Brett, quite sour; I cannot pick up any of the usual spices that Saisons are known for.
Good mouthfeel, one and done for me. I'm not saying that it is bad. Just saying that I grow weary of the sourness after the first 3 or 4 sips.
