Light amber hued with a fingernail of off white on top. The aroma is of strawberry, Pinot Noir, and pomegranate. I’m tasting Pinot Noir, strawberry, cranberry, and pomegranate. The mouth is highly carbonated and dry.

Bottle into Imperial Pint
Look: slightly hazy brown pink pouring just lacing for a head
Smell: citric acid and musty yeast. Pomegranate, red wine and cranberry juice
Taste: Tart musty yeast. Red wine with tart cranberry, sweet strawberry and some pomegranate mixed in. Finish is sweet and lightly yeasty, and fruity
Feel: light with moderate carbonation and crisp finish
Overall: it’s good, nothing crazy but it’s interesting
