This is the second beer from this new brewery, nearly finished at the Skagit Riverwalk. The first beer, for the record, was brewed with Bale Breaker and is called District 41 IPA. This second one is a collaboration with Iron Horse Brewery. I found the 16 oz can at the Mt. Vernon co-op market. Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Light body with plenty of malt and some sweetness to go along with the bitter finish.
This is a robust sort of Pale Ale with clean flavors of light grain and straw, and a resin tang. This should be a welcome competitor to the "Skagit Valley's Best Brewery" (A.K.A. Skagit Valley's third worst brewery).
