Handsome clear orange-amber brew with plenty of foam in the glass. Smooth and malty with a pleasing sweetness. It's like a hopped-up Helles. Plenty of spritz on the tongue with a refreshing light body. Aromatic with wood and roasted grain. Reminds me of Ponderosa Pine bark. Moderate bitter aftertaste is agreeable. Overall this is a better than average Amber Ale. From the 12 oz can purchased at the brewery restaurant. Dated 11/21/24.

Served in knock-off perfect pint glass. Poured a lightly hazy medium amber color with a half-inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma was, as expected, malt forward with light hops in the background.
Fairly similar on the tongue, but the hops shone a bit brighter.
The body was mostly smooth, it did have a bit of bite, and a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was good, an easy quaff for sure.
Overall, a nice little brew.
