Although the bottle has been in the refrigerator for a few weeks, the liquid is evenly hazy. The color is cool yellow and the finger-thick compact foam is white. It sinks down without leaving any lacing on the glass.
The smell is sweet with a slight acidity. Grapefruit, lime and other citrus fruits. Light plastic notes. Hints of caramel and Christmas spices.
The taste is all over the place at the first sip: Dried meadow flowers and hay, French bread, metallic bitterness, lemon juice, ripe plums and mangoes. Medium body. The aftertaste is dense with growing sweetness and some unclean alcohol. Passing plastic. The finish is qualitatively sweet with a little fruity tones and the hint of pine needles.
The carbonic acid is relatively strong, the large sharp bubbles tickle the tongue. The liquid is sticky.
Well, not very good, not in any way…
