Pale cloudy yellow with a beautiful wet white head. That swells to threeish fingers before settling in to a couple of wet clumps.
Nose is bursting with fresh tropical fruits (especially pineapple) right off the bat, and then a bit of yeasty funk.
Sharper on the tongue than the nose. Some starfruit, a good bit of lime, before it transitions over to the funky yeast.
Thinner and pithier than the nose would suggest. Good effervescence.
This is a really well made and reasonably enjoyable hopped saison
