Bottle. Batch 1.
White head. Lace. Cloudy yellow color.
Light, fluffy, faint tartness. Grassy and earthy. Light fruitiness. Some spices. Not sure what buckwheat is, but I like it. Dry, but bubbly finish. This is solid.
