Enjoyable, light grassy and bit of funk. Would enjoy more body. 5 inch head despite slow pour, gassy!

Looks and tastes like fizzy lemonade or a nice shandy. Very pale, yellowish white color. Some head. Sour, citrusy smell. Very light drinking with only a little of the oak barrel flavor. For a table beer saison, quite nice.

Poured from 16oz can into my Bell's tulip. The label calls this "a table beer".
Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy white foam. There's tons of apparent effervescence as well; nice!
Smell: grassy and herbal, there's a sage-like quality to the aroma. The light funk and light graininess create with it a very enticing picture.
Taste: light, tart, funky, grassy, and grainy. I think this beer answers the question, "what if a light lager were also a saison?", and I am quite happy with the results.
Mouthfeel: light bodied but with a big carbonation and a good, though evanescent, creaminess.
Overall: this is a lovely beer indeed. I could see quaffing many of these in the sunshine.

Actually rather sour, that is, a little beyond tart. Oh just what we need, a sour Table Beer. Very light and watery body with the tart finish, like a cranberry hard seltzer. Aroma is faint vinegar with cereal. Some taste of grain with the bitter yeast finish. Quite austere, but perhaps should be gulped with a bowl of mussels and fries. "Lagered in an oak tank," according to the label. From the 16 oz can purchased at Garden Path.
