L-Pours a nice blonde hazy bodied beer with a lacy thin, but present, head.
S-Beautifully floral, citrusy, fruity and funky. Lemon zest tartness is present. Funky bubblegum from brettanomyces is there.
T-Follows the nose for sure. A nice floral front with fruity notes of citrus and funkiness that follows. Lemon zest is present as well as a tail-end of citrus notes.
F-Nice dry mouthfeel is there. Solid carbonation. Crisp.
O-An incredibly well made, rewarding, well-crafted saison. Funky, fruity, and floral. Everything youd want.

16oz can - can't read the bottom of the can. Opened 2-3-24.
3 finger white head on a pale golden body - very good clarity and retention, early lace.
Expressive nose full of zesty cirrus and powdery, perfumey yeast.
Tart lemon/lime, some melon, grapefruit, punchy and complex flavors...very tasty.
Light body, medium-high carbonation and a bright entry. Zesty and zingy with a dry finish that begs for more.
Outstanding.
