Pours a nearly clear frosted pale yellow. Plenty of foam in the chalice. In the mouth it's alive with bubbles, but also rather sour. I think this could be what many brewers should be after-- a drinkable tart beer with something like a brettanomyces tang. Quite yeasty so I'm willing to believe it's a Saison under the sourness. There is a hint of cereal and tangy fruit of some sort, and even a wee sweetness to start.. 2024 Julian date stamp.
