Poured from can into wineglass, scant head so so retention. Bright golden in the glass, hazy but not turbid. Lovely smell on the nose, fir, slight minerality no disernable esters. Initial taste is tart, citrus, floral, wine like notes, and nelson mineral characteristics. It levels out after a few sips, but keep coming back to the slight tartness and underlying bright citrus (almost lemon like). This is a very nice drinking beer, it has the tartness on the front and the finish is really dry, almost wine like. So really impressed here, found a handful of these cans in the singles selection at the local grocery, probably going to go back and snatch them up at $2 a can
