Clear pale golden brew but not much foam in the Lindemans tulip. Aroma is interesting and illusive vegetal type. Quite tangy with a dry finish. Mouthfeel is not as slippery as kelp but you can use your imagination between that and the distinctly salty taste. No hint of hops but the whiff of regenerative sea farm should be enough for you. Overall I would not say this is very pleasant, but it’s beery in a screwy Saison fashion, so drink up. From the skinny 12 oz can purchased at the Co-op Market.
