Fruh, our fresh hop saison brewed with some of the first picked hops of the season - Hallertau Mittelfüh from Goschie Farms. Beginning with mature beer, we steeped freshly kilned fresh hops picked the day before with stock farmhouse from neutral oak. Früh presents big notes of melon, tangelo, spring meadows and lavender.
