Pours a medium yellow color with a white head. Smell is fruity more than hoppy and bready. Taste has fresh light tart start with some crisp hops and sweet bread malts. Mouth feel is fruity and tart with lemon and apple not a lot of crispness , AS hybrid Kolsch to me,very quenchable .

S: Light fruit aromas with some lime, spice, trace coriander, low lemon, faint uncooked bread dough.
L: Straw gold, moderate haze, tall white head, fine bead, good retention
T: Medium lemon tart with definite lime notes especially in the tail. Moderate mineral presence. Touch of fresh sourdough bread dough. Dry, fruity finish.
F: Carbonation high, medium light body, not overly sour – below lemonade levels.
O: A very refreshing, thirst quenching, drinkable beer
