It'll be awhile or I mean a thiol. Lagers take awhile and this lager takes a thiol precursor to the next level! This beer is an experimental thiolized lager. We started off with a healthy mash hopping of cascade to boost our thiol precursors then added Phantasm (new zealand Sauvingnon blanc grape skins), on top of that we dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria, then a secondary fermentation using Concord Grape juice. This is a malty version of a glass of wine. Notes of stone fruit, tropical punch, and sauvignon blanc wine, a slight sweetness and malty backbone coat the tongue with remnants of a glass of wine and tropical punch.
