really tasty wheat here with a twist, its brewed with orange peel, coriander, and pink peppercorns, but is decidedly not belgian or anything, just a simple pale wheat beer with some lightly dosed exotic flavors that come out uniquely here, to me more citrus than anything else, but the pink peppercorn is also evident and overall this is light, summery, flavorful, and distinct without being all that weird or challenging, its drinkable and good. the base beer is real minimal, not even much body from the wheat and just pale and simple, the ferment is invisible, and the hopping is nonexistent to my senses, which means most of the flavor comes from the extras. i quite like the zesty orange in this, the lead dog, the coriander gives it a little nutty depth and a slightly indian vibe to me for some reason. i like the high carbonation and the almost refreshing quickness this finishes with, definitely a neat warm weather session brew. i was pleased with the beers i had here and its a rad space, definitely check them out when you are in missoula!
