Deep golden with yellow-orange highlights. Aggressive pour into a Teku yielded a finger’s worth of creamy off white head that vanished leaving a few bubbles along the edge to fend for themselves and no lacing to be found. Viscous.
Aromas and taste were superb. Maple is dominant but earthiness of the herbs rounds it out. Just a touch of wildness.
Heavy in the mouth but consistent with the other characteristics.
