Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is tart with a slight smokiness and notes of cured meat, lemon and lime.
Taste is tart and crisp with well integrated hints of smoke and salt. Notes of citrus, citrus peel, cured meat and a slight bitterness. Extremely refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium with a nice creaminess and bright carbonation.
Overall, a really nice sour. I'm not a huge fan of smoky beers, but it works very well here.
