Trebuchet represents is the latest beer to emerge from the Prova series. After much tinkering, this Imperial Black IPA with Sabro Hops was our favorite formula. The rich malty backbone shares the same base as our Imperial Stout Oscuruo but then we dose it with excessive amounts of Sabro hops that provide just the right level of bitteness and a coconut-like aroma that pairs perfectly with the chocolatey dark malts.
