On tap at the brewery into tulip. Pours hazy/turbid golden orange juice color with a thin ring of lace, spotty lacing and streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of tart/sour lemon, lime, green apple, mango pulp, white wine, hay, straw, salt, wheat, bread dough, herbal, grass, peppercorn, lacto funk. Med tart sourness and light fruit tang on the finish. Med plus carb and lt med body. Fairly crisp clean refreshing finish. Light pucker factor. Lingering acid drying and light salinity on the finish. Nice pulpy fruit character, spot on base style. Awesome fruit sour.
