Our take on this popular style puts frightening amounts of fruit forward hops as the backbone for an extra juicy experience in this New England style IPA.

Can. Cloudy banana orange color, hazy. Fluffy head. Lots of tart citrus flavors. Tangerine, grapefruit, melons. Slight dank funkiness. Pretty good.

Pours golden color with light haze and bright white color head that quickly recedes from can pour to glass. Apricot and stone fruit on the nose and palate attempt to bring highlight to this average New England style IPA.

Another pickup from a visit to the dirtballs.
Pours a hazy yellowish light orange out by the grill (charcoal). Bummer about no sticker can man, this is a great design worthy of being transferred for posterity. I guess that kind of balances out. 1/3" white head. The aroma brings a citrus presence, divied up between orange, grapefruit and lemon which totally makes sense with an Amarillo and Citra hop bill.
The taste is nice, hits that juicy zone that hazymakers are striving for. Body isn't as trubby as some and that explains why it has a bit more of a bitter bite and alcohol present but not above its stated abv. I liked it. It isn't going to rewrite the book, but here's the deal: this beer is substantially cheaper than say, Goldwater brewing stuff, even though the quality is the same. They managed to make a good beer that is cheaper than most/all of their neighbors in the PHX brewing scene. Its relatively basic serviceable stuff for that citrus ipa kick.

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 9-2-20 for $2.99. Canned in early August; consumed 11-2-20.
Beer poured a hazy golden orange with a very nice white head that has some good hang time.
Nose is juicy, full of orange and mango.
Taste is fresh orange and mango hops that are expressed nicely with the tropical fruit yeast strain over the light pale malt base. Finishes with a decent rind that balances things out nicely; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall despite its age it is holding up well. Another beer by WSB well done!
