I picked up a pint can sixer at Trader Joes - it wasn't cheap but I wanted to support my local brewery. Upfront nice aroma hops - tropical sweet fruits with some bready notes. Not the best aroma hop job but decent nonetheless. Light overall creamy mouth feel and pleasant carb. This could easily be labeled a "juicy IPA" IMO. Pours a golden color with a nice fluffy head, some lacing (not sure why lacing is a thing but I mention it just to sound beer educated). This is a solid light bodied West Coast style IPA, a good beer for someone who isn't in to IPA's but wants to give this style a try. BTW - this brewery is fun to visit, they have a huge facility in Anaheim and a must see if you're in the area.

Canned date of 4/21/21. Bought off room temp shelf on 5/1/21. Chilled then poured into a tall tulip glass. Massive 4 finger+ head of white, relatively stiff foam. Recedes over several minutes to a thin layer covering the top with some lacing but nothing really remarkable. Orange in color; clear with maybe the merest hint of haze. Possibly could call it no haze. Smells and tastes like Mosaic. Not a lot of smell, (but that is my weakest sense). Medium body/medium carbonation. Nothing wrong with the mouthfeel. Mainly bought this one for the 100% Mosaic because i wanted an unadulterated single hop experience, and most beers from Brewery X are solid, and I was not disappointed, but it is probably not in my top 5 IPAs in general. Great choice if you want a refresher on what Mosaic brings to the table.
