Just a moderate haze on the orangey amber brew. Plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Juicy is the word for this. Serious orange flavor, and with the acidity, sweetness, and the fizz it tastes a lot like Nehi Orange. Actually this is quite decent for sipping. Thick and lush body. Peculiar aromatics but distinctive orange peel in the finish. Moderately bitter after a few tastes. From the 16 oz can dated 2 24 22.

16 oz can, made 12/28/21, consumed 1/16/22 from a tall tulip glass. Website says this is a double hazy w/ citra, strata and nelson hops. A collaboration with Torch Tattoo. Pours golden/orange with voluminous brilliant white, very creamy, tight, long lasting head that leaves a lot of lacing. Hazy but not opaque. No suspended solids noted. Smell and taste are classic hops of the noted variety. Complex fruity flavor with a nice malt background. I need to drink a couple more to totally sort out the flavors then update this review. Moderately heavy, borderline creamy, mouthfeel with subtle carbonation. Really nice. No alcohol burn. Definitely my favorite of the Brewery X IPAs.
Update: I tried another one of these that was only 3 days old and I swear this one tasted a bit different. I was picking up some slight astringency that was not previously detected, so I changed a couple scores. I plan to let the other can sit a week or two before retrying this.
