Pours a hazy orange with low, wispy head.
Smell is tart and funky with notes of apricots, citrus, oak and some pepper.
Taste is tart and funky, and very dry. Notes of white wine, apricots, lemon and lemon peel, with a bit of bitterness and pepperiness. Crisp and vinous.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice tart saison, refreshing and complex.
