A hoppy bitter West Coast Pilsner. Dry hopped with Strata and layered cold for six weeks. Dank, piney, resinous, bitter, dry, refreshing.

I added Orso and three days later tasted it. Impatience is how to make mistakes. Taste a new brew first, then add it. My mistake was that Orso is much closer to a German Pils than Czech. The "West Coast" also confused me; if there are West Coast hops, they are in moderate quantities. But I am the sole review, so my mistake makes no fuss for the Moderators yet.
Orso Looks only slightly above the average, a generous foam is soon nothing. Smells are average, not much distinct about sweet malt. However, Tastes are well-balanced in that the hops linger only in the background and don't overwhelm as too many Czechs do. Not quite medium-mouthed.
I drank Orso with Indian leftovers and it calmed my palate well enough. My first from Pastore, I went on their website and see that their specialty really is sours (tarts), mixed ferments (Wilds) which tend to vary to much for me. That's OK, but not for me very often. Maybe Pastore recognised people like me are the norm, so they started making lagers (which are disciplined) and I do like. While young and mostly off-beat, I still give Pastore good Overall Hugs. Prost !
