Copenhagen 11/1 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Slowburn's usual can design with a grumpy bearded Christmas Elf enjoying a pipe,
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a small white head. Stable, Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty and fruity odor mingling with less prominent tart scent. Touch of yeast. Sweet malts. Whiff of wheat. Citrus and black pepper. Musty basement.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and quite watery. Medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a sweetish undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit too thin.
