Copenhagen 25/4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can in Slowburn's usual design with a rooster as poster-animal.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a little citrus fruit and spice. Sweet pale malts, lime and lemongrass. Mild whiff of pepper.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and rather discrete. Medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing but a little thin.
