Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar! Refreshing lager brewed with a touch of corn and zesty lime. Vibrant & bright lime flavor. A crisp summer crusher.

Pours a slightly unfiltered straw color with a foamy white head. Looks great in the glass.
The nose has a bit of grass and corn, and a nice bit of lime, and that’s exactly where the taste lands. Very good.
The mouthfeel is light and crisp. This is a perfect “chips and salsa” beer.

Murky yellow body with a finger of eggshell white foam with blobs of lacing periodically. Smell and taste are the same: corn malt, lime with a touch of lemon zest, mild hops with very gentle bitters, with a finishing grainy but very thin yeast. Higher carb adds to the light and crisp body, not the cleanest but never thins. Pairs well with cochinita pibil
