A - Hazy pale golden yellow body, semi-transparent. Short head, immediately evaporating like a cola pour. No cap or lacing.
S - Pungent fruit note, nondescript but perhaps closest to white wine and grape flesh. Not a lot of beer notes here, but pleasant enough.
T - Sweet tart fruit notes, pineapple, berry and lime citrus do mingle with a soft malt core. Acidity and just a hint of bitterness in the close.
M - Moderate carbonation, a bit sticky, and sharp acidity in the finish.
O - Not really sure what to make of this. A look that reminds me of a kettle sour, a candy-like flavor palate, and a feel somewhere between candy and a sour, nothing is objectionable. In fact, it fits its name and suspect is what they were after. It just isn’t very beer-like all told.
