Whiteout was made to assist in the seasonal transition to snow days. The White Stout has the flavors of a milk stout but without the darkness derived from dark malts. Instead, the flavors come from Brumalt, Cacao Nibs, Coffee, Honey, Vanilla, and Lactose. White Stouts are light in color but still have the cream/ oatmeal flavor and mouthfeel of a traditional stout.
