Alright here we go again, just added this beer to this Next Glass owned database. There are more pilsner designations at their more popular sites than there are here. West Coast/Other pilsner will just have to go under American lager here.
Pours mostly clear into a Nevada Wolfpack pint glass. 3/5" white head. Small bubbles. Aroma indicative of Mosaic hops. They rotate hops for this series, and don't tell you which ones. But I'm guessing I'm smelling Mosaic based on the light notes of berries, peaches and weed.
The taste doesn't bring as much as the nose did, but its easy to enjoy nonetheless. The body is cool and light, but the hops came off more as bittering than flavor. Light citrus note now. Hmmm. Maybe it was just a Citra and Mosaic combo. The imagery was similar to Finest Things (one of my all time faves) but it lacked the punchiness of Fieldwork's similar beer. I liked it slightly more than your average Parliament beer I guess.
