L: Hazy, glowing reddish orange. Fluffy, balanced head.
S: Citrus dominated hops. Orange, mango, cracker malt, and a surprising hint of esters and yeast.
T: Citrus dominated, but much more bitter than bright. If your typical tropical ipa was an orange, this would be an orange peel. It actually sweetens up a bit on the tail end. Hints of cracker malt and esters are there, but the bitterness is pretty dominating.
F: Creamy with a nice dry finish.
O: Nice to have a citrus ipa that isn’t pine heavy. For those that crave a bitter bite this is the beer for you, though it’s a tad unbalanced for me.

12oz can purchased at Rocket Market, on Spokane's South Hill. Canned on July 16, 2021. "God speaks in silence" is also stamped in the same place.

Poured into a 16oz IPA style glass, this was a mostly clear, slightly chill-hazed orangey amber color, with a fairly creamy looking off-white head. Said head was easily agitated back to life once it dropped, and left spotty lace on the sides of the glass.

Citrusy and fruity hop aroma. I get grapefruit and melon. Definitely smells like a west coast IPA, but a modern one.

Tastes pretty much like what the nose promised. Bitterness is at it's apex at the beginning of the fade-out, and while definitely standing out, it's very well balanced in a way that encourages repeated sips. I could have several of these (and have at the brewery).

Medium bodied, with a proper WCIPA mouthfeel.

Really nice IPA that now moves to the front ranks of local, packaged beers. I usually drink this at the brewery, so I'm kinda stoked I can do it at home now and more easily transport it to other climes.
