German-Style Pilsner brewed with Hallertau Blanc from Seitz Farm in Bavaria Germany. This Pilsner has a special white peach and lime zest character with supporting, subtle white pepper and a little pear. A beautiful cushion of carbonation with a dry zippy finish.

No canning date (released on 1/20/23); consumed on 3/11/23
Pours a clear, straw-gold body capped with multiple fingers of fluffy, creamy, eggshell-white foam; good head retention yields a finger and a half of cap, modest, frothy collar, and an amalgam of chunky, soapy splatter of lacing spread across the walls of the glass.
Aromas of white toast overcome a clean minerality and hints of airy florality, with snappy grass meeting an invigorating lemon balm kiss and accents of white tea phasing throughout the bouquet.
Taste brings a bread crust inflection and hints of straw with a passionfruit edge; notes of grass and white peppercorn over the mid-palate ease to soft yeast and fresh bread dough toward the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium-light body and a rounded, moderate carbonation softening to creamy textures and ample tautness through the mid-palate before fading into the back end with a wispy prickle.
A delicate potpourri of florality engages pillowy yeast in a deft display of well-lagered form and prime drinkability.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours golden yellow with just a hint of orange an a fluffy white head. Smells of sweet cereal grain with a slight fruit bouquet. Tastes of cereal grain, much more full than most in this category, slight fruitiness. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
