Appearance: Pours a light, straw-hued body with an inch of white, collapsing suds.
Smell: Subtly spiced apples, a bit tangy and a little tart atop some clean pils-like maltiness and a bit of rustic wheat.
Taste: Light crisp pilsner with just a touch of sweetness. Orchard fruit fruitiness, golden apples and a pears sprinkled with finely-ground, earthy cloves. Encroaching graininess. Phenolic finish with a final pop of apple juice sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Well carbonated.
Overall: Pretty solid.
