Pours a foggy straw-gold body capped with multiple fingers of fluffy, soapy, eggshell-white foam; excellent head retention yields a rocky cap, moderate, frothy collar, and a haphazard spread of chunky, sudsy lacing tossed around the walls of the glass.
Aromas of white toast give way to straw and refine with an airy lime inflection, eventually ceding to fresh flour, subtle yeast, and a light pomegranate spritz grazing over the bouquet.
Taste offers fresh bread dough upfront as pink grapefruit essence crosses a taut minerality; lime peel further establishes a quieter citric development, while pillowy moss shows a clean herbal contrast to notes of brown toast fading with the finish.
Mouthfeel shows a light body along with a rounded fluff of full carbonation settling to a clean snap over the mid-palate as a touch of herbal bittering lingers through the back end to a largely clean and crisp dryness past the finish.
Peak attenuation as a Spalter/Saphir hop spritz is propelled to prominence within a delicate malt base, showcasing a sinewy, citric air inspire taut breadiness to heightened expression.
