750ml bottle
Appearance: Pours a delicately hazed, lightly effervescent, light straw-toned body with a airy, frothy, white head.
Smell: Very (very) subtle pils, wheat maltiness that quickly turns to a dusty, dry, staunchly floral tone, like gentian, cinchona, or dandelion underscored with an inviting envelopment of funkiness.
Taste: There's barely a curt flush of soda crackers, as it is steadfastly dry from the very get-go. Lightly tart, hinting of lemon-infused mineral water and immediately pushing into the herbal, nigh-medicinal floral tones you'd find at home in an aperitif. The light, lemony tartness twists towards a bit of sweat-stained funk as you meet the thinning, bone dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Well carbonated.
Overall: Fun beer.
