Pours a bright & effervescent gold with 2 fingers+ of eggshell colored head. Average head retention & good lacing

S: Bready, some tropical fruit, a little citrus, some peach late

T: Follows the nose, some tangerine, green melon & a little grassyness up front. Some breadyness, pomelo, dryness & green melon as this beer warms up. finishes grassy with some citrus & green melon

MF: Medium body, slight carbonation & decent balance. Carbonation was a little flat

Drinks easy, fairly solid but not really that memorable, not near dank enough

The can art came out much cleaner this time. I can actually read all the little headlines! Pours with a two-finger eggshell white head and a brass-colored body. Big bubbles scatter through the thin foam as it dissipates, leaving big craters in the head as they pop. Lots of sticky lacing.

And as dank an aroma as I remember. Notes of spruce and white peach up front, flowing into funky pine and juniper resin, then a hint of green onion finishing in lime and pomelo notes. A caramelly malt base is present here as well as some doughy yeast character. As with most dank IPAs, it’s kinda difficult to pick out individual notes. It smells like a lot of things...but mostly pine.

On the palate, it actually comes across pretty smooth. The bitterness is well-balanced here. It has a nice strong pizza crust malt base that holds consistently throughout the dynamic hoppy experience.

Mouthfeel is medium full with a fairly dry finish could stand to be a little more crisp.

Overall, excellent. Probably in the top 5 of the best Collab IPAs I've ever had. Get it fresh folks; this is a hoppy one.

not much to look at after the first minute. Initial 1.5 finger meringue- like foam dissipates fairly quickly Leaving a thin peripheral ring of foam. Little or no lacing. Very pale gold/ yellow color. One or two very small bubbles of carbonation rising every second from the bottom of a tall tulip glass. Very little smell. taste is in line with beer name; dank with some small amount of pine. moderate to mild bitterness. Thin to moderate body. mild to moderate carbonation in the mouth. nothing really noteworthy here.
