Pours light gold--like a golden pear juice. Limited head.
Excellent aromas. Tart wheat, decent brett funk, grassy hops, estery aromas too.
Mild esters on the tip of the tongue, in an almost hefeweizen way. Then, paler tarter malts in midstream, with some spicy white pepper and funky yeast. Mild grassy hop notes provide balance, with some mineral notes at the finish. Really well balanced in every way.
Medium-light bodied, and finishes a millimeter away from "crisp."
This is another excellent Look's brew.
