Dark reddish brown tone, creamy foam when poured quickly.
Yeasty aroma, bread dough, carob, tootsie rolls.
Taste is lightly tart with bread crust, tootsie roll, and raisin flavors.
Feel is a little thin and watery, mild and bland.
Overall it’s ok, not great. The "Ostrobramski" kvass from this company was better.
