500 ml bottle, from EKO Market, Stavanger. ABV is max 0.5%. Produced in Lithuania for POLBIOECO Polska. Mahogany colour, small off-white to beige head. Aroma of rye bread, a hint of cola. Sweet flavour, notes of rye bread and caramel, a hint of cola again.

Picked up to go with our polish dinner and it paired wonderfully. Typical dark brown with light shades, but only a thin beige ring. Smell is the clear star: nutty rye bread fill the nostrils, with raisin resin, sugary molasses, and caramel malts. Really pleasant. Taste is super duper sweet, cloying on some sips, bready depth is limited, rye and nuts are obliterated. Feel is cloying, bready but in a light way, very bright. Just smell this one, and stuff your face with polish food instead

Dark russet tone, bright clarity, definitely filtered. Some foam.
Aromas of fresh bread, toasted raisin bread, molasses cookies.
Taste is like a liquid Ricola candy, raisin, molasses, rye crust.
Lightly tart at first with mild carbonation that ebbs quickly.
Overall it’s ok, slightly more natural than typical sweet commercial Kvass.
