Crowler can purchased at the taproom. Fill date marked on label as '12/13 (2022)'.
Clear, pale amber colored body. Short lasting off white head. Leaves a few scattered spots of lacing.
Aroma has the perfume of sweet cloves and coriander, with a touch of orange citrus.
Taste has a sharper wheat malt base, with spicy esters of cloves and coriander, along with orange citrus. Some dark fruit such as prunes and raisins also. Lots of esters in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Sharp wheat and very dry finish. Lower level of carbonation (probably due to the number of days in the crowler can).
Citrus influenced wheat beer. Good enough.
